By booking a service with Peters Cleaning Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
A booking is confirmed once accepted by the Company and entered into the Company’s scheduling system. Emergency, priority, same-day, and scheduled services require the allocation of technicians, vehicles, equipment, materials, and operational resources specifically for the Customer’s appointment.
The Customer warrants that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
The Customer must disclose, prior to confirming a booking, any special requirements that may affect the delivery of services or payment, including purchase orders, access requirements, onboarding requirements, approvals, invoicing requirements, and internal payment procedures.
The Company is under no obligation to accept additional conditions introduced after a booking has been confirmed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed, payment is due immediately upon completion of the services.
The Customer must pay all validly invoiced amounts when due, subject to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Emergency, urgent, and same-day bookings are priority services. Cancellation charges may apply where the booking is cancelled after confirmation, on the scheduled service date, after technician allocation, or after dispatch.
Cancellation and attendance charges will be limited to the Company’s reasonable costs and losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Cancellation charges may apply where the Customer cancels on the service date, after dispatch, after attendance, refuses service after inspection, denies access, or provides incorrect information preventing completion.
The Customer acknowledges that cancellation charges represent reasonable costs incurred by the Company and are not intended as a penalty.
Once a technician attends the property, the applicable call-out, inspection, attendance, diagnostic, or assessment charges become immediately payable regardless of whether work proceeds.
The Company may refuse or discontinue services for safety, compliance, access, inaccurate information, permit, or scope-related reasons. Where attendance has occurred, applicable charges remain payable.
Any unpaid amount may be recovered as a debt due and payable to the Company, including reasonable recovery costs to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
By booking a service, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once a booking has been confirmed and a technician has been allocated, dispatched, or attended the property, the Customer remains liable for all applicable fees and charges in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
